    May I ask you to open a ticket to support@cloudinary.com with the following details:

    • WordPress version
    • Cloudinary Plugin's version
    • The theme that you use and its version
    • A full list of all other plugins that you have installed on your environment
    • Page builders that you actively use
    • An URL of your website where we can see the issue when the Cloudinary plugin is activated
    • A screenshot of your WordPress Media Library

    Can you make sure you are emailing support@cloudinary.com and not support@cludinary.com (missing `o` in cloudinary) as you mentioned in your last message?

    No, this is the message error. I don't know why the sender direction was not accepted. It's working when I send mails to other recipients. Anyway, I've sent it from an other mail account.
