x-cld-error: Video summarisation is pending.

We have some videos with named transformations (applying the e_preview transformation) that return this error, and have not moved from this state after a few days

Any advice?

  Hi Mark,

  I apologize for the delay in responding to you; due to mixed up, our initial response did not get submitted here.

  The error occurs when we are getting derive resources for preview and cannot obtain the preview histogram.
  Would you share with me the video and URL and how you set it with e_preview?
