Spin gallery works on Desktop, Phone and iPad mini but not iPad Pro
Here is my example trying to demonstrate a lenticular print. It works fine on every platform except my iPad Pro. Is there a way to modify the code so it will work?
On the iPad mini it loads the page and shows the spinning icon and "drag to rotate" overlay and when you touch on it the overlay goes away and you can navigate the video frames. On the iPad Pro it load the page the same but touching on it does nothing and the overlay stays on the images.

Hi David,
Unfortunately, the link mentioned above returns a "not found" error message for me, so I wasn't able to look at this particular issue. I did try taking a look at one of our documentation pages, and that seems to be working well on my tests here, on both iPad mini and Pro. Are you able to get this one to work on your iPad Pro?
If the issue persists, can you please share some more information?
- Do you have another public page on your site that I can test on?
- What browser are you using on your iPad? Is it Safari/Chrome/other?
- What is the iOS of your iPad Pro device?
- Any other information you may find relevant?
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks,
Itay0
