Cloudinary Cache Control Time

Hello!
Im using Cloudinary to serve images for my website.
When im trying to test my website using WebPageTest,
results say that my images cache time is very low - 5 minutes.
Can you please help me understand the issue, because I assume that this is not my (client side) issue.
