Hi Hetvi,
Hope you are doing well.
When trying the URL https://academydsrssa.blob.core.windows.net/academyds-rdp-media-assets/a31b00d3-fca3-4999-ae60-319fd76dd6a6.tif?sig=MnpO02V1gvFVtbA9DtVIdapiddZWCcIX0OrnXr1zsx8%3D%26se=2021-02-07T03%3A27%3A45Z%26sv=2017-07-29%26sp=rl%26sr=c, I have the following error:

<AuthenticationErrorDetail>sr is mandatory. Cannot be empty</AuthenticationErrorDetail>
</Error>May I ask you to share the right URL that should load the tif image?

Hi Hetvi,
Thanks for sharing that.
I checked the logs for the latest URL you shared and I see that this image was successfully uploaded and the returned public_id was - "dc1e30f1-3f03-11eb-a503-67c7689ecc7e_pf8igk" - which you should be able to find in your account. Do you see this image in your Media Library?
While we could indeed retrieve and upload that image to the account, I see that as part of the upload request you've tried to use the AI Background removal addon. However, at the time of the request, your account wasn't subscribed to this addon and therefore the request returned an error. Since then I see that you've subscribed so such requests won't return errors regarding the addon.
