Wordpress plugin / sync is too slow / images are not shown

Hi,

I installed wordpress cloudinary plugin and start to sync with auto-sync button. 

I just have 53 images on my website but synchronization is too slow. After several hours only 37 images are uploaded too cloudinary.

However I have another problem. When I check my cloudinary image library, I see only 20 assets even tough plugin says 37 images are uploaded.

  Thanks for reaching out.

  Could you please create a ticket to support@cloudinary.com with the system report attached as explained here? Could you also please, before generating the report, make sure that you include images in your report as explained here?

  In case it will be necessary, will you be willing to provide us with temporary access to a sandbox environment of your site where we can take a look and debug if needed?
