    Hi Jude,

The error returned from the API should show exactly which string we checked your signature against, so that's usually the quickest way to see a problem with a signature: are you able to check that, and compare it to what was passed to and from your server?

You can also create a request for our support team directly using the "submit a request" link on the homepage of our support site and provide the full details there, including the parameters and our response to the API call

    Hello Stephen,

Yes I am able to verify that its the same data that was sent to the server that is returned from the API yet it says the signature is invalid and throws a 401 on https://api.cloudinary.com/v1_1/inriver-test/upload.

As seen above the timestamp and source are the same in the string to sign.

    Regards

    Hi Jude,

In your post, I noticed that you are using the cloud name 'test-account', could you please confirm if this is the correct cloud name?

In your last comment, the error shows that the signature you have supplied is not correct and it also gives the string to be signed. I tested the same string and use your account inriver-test and I produced a different signature.

As also advised by Stephen, you can submit a support ticket thru https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and I could also share there the signature I have generated.

    Thanks,

    Francis

    Hello Francis,

Yes, the cloud name i'm using is "inriver-test".

Yes and the string to be signed is exactly what was passed to the server as you can see in the data so i'm wondering how come the signature was incorrect.

Ok will submit a support ticket as proposed.

    Regards.
