Error 503 Response object too large

Just caught an error with not being able to download really big files with the url.
I have pretty big video file, like almost 7GB and give my users the ability to download it through the ui, having a link like:
<a href=`https://res.cloudinary.com/${cloudName}/video/upload/fl_attachment/${publicId}.mp4>Download file</a>
The problem is this is pretty good approach for smaller then 5GB files and in my case Cloudinary returns Error 503 Response object too large
Is there any known workarounds for this?

@Eugene I believe I know what the issue for such large files. However, it would be best to handle this request via a support ticket. Can you open one here and refer to me in the thread. https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
