Video upload returns General Error

I am trying to upload a video ( 900 KB ) in a form data via uplod rest api endpoint

But server responds with "500Internal Server Error"

The response body :

  Hi Pulkit,

  May I please ask you to create a support ticket thru https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and provide more details about the problem you're encountering?

  For example, can you tell me:

  * Which steps or documentation you're following.
  * A sample of your code if you're using our SDK, or the URL of the web page where you see the error.
  * The error stack trace from your code, or the error message you see in your browser.
