Images load, but keep the 'broken img' icon

Dear Support,

When loading an specific image in some browsers (I think) is is being loaded with a white border and sometimes the 'broken image' icon on the top-left side.

The image is fine and loads, on some browsers, normally.

In Chrome (mobile) it looks like this.And at the bottom, on the left of 'pros.org.br' the should be the same img, but it is not even there.

And in safari, the bottom img (that is not appearing) is being loaded with only the white rectange around it, but not the 'broken img' icon.

I'm a designer and programmer, have tried somethigs but with no succes.

Please help, my clients are hating this reealy bad :)

  Can you please raise a support ticket here - https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new with the Cloudinary URL of the images and a web link where this issue can be reproduced.
