Problems with transformations quota

Hi

According to my dashboard, I started the day with 122,233 transformations in my monthly quota, now the dashboard is showing 171,646, almost 50k transformations in a half day.

But when I access "Reports > Top Image Transformations > Requests" I have less than 10k requests.

How is possible that?

My most used transformation today is only "Set format: jpg" and have just 7k requests

  Hi,

  The transformations listed in the reports page is updated daily while the transformations on the dashboard is uploaded every 5 minutes. If you believe this is a mistake or abuse on your account, please open a ticket at https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new so we can investigate further.
