Issues searching our library via web UI

Today we're experiencing issues searching for images in our library via the web interface. If a particular image doesn't appear in search results, we upload it, only to receive a prompt that it already exists and do we want to replace it, indicating that it does indeed already exist in the library. We're accustomed to a more reliable search; is there a known issue today or this week?

  We are not aware of any issues. Can you please open a ticket at support@cloudinary.com with more information on the image and your cloudname?
