Allow multiple image selection

The shift key in media library does not work for me. How may I tag multiple images within the media library?

  Hi,

  In general, selecting an image holding down shift and selecting another image will select all the images between the two. That being said, can you please open a ticket at support@cloudinary.com with more information on your cloudname?
