undefined picture

Hi

 

We have an emergency.

 

The link https://res.cloudinary.com/perfectstay/image/upload/e_trim/if_h_gt_30,h_30/v1/airline/OE does not work whereas the link https://res.cloudinary.com/perfectstay/image/upload/v1545127112/airline/OE.png does.

 

What is problem please ?

 

Is there a cache issue ?

  Thanks for reaching out.

  Looks like it's an issue with the if transformation, you should include the else and end section also.
  https://res.cloudinary.com/perfectstay/image/upload/e_trim/if_h_gt_30,h_30/if_else/if_end/v1/airline/OE

  Then why does the link https://res.cloudinary.com/perfectstay/image/upload/e_trim/if_h_gt_30,h_30/v1/airline/VK works

   

  This link does not include the else and end section
