my dashboard is showing "Your account is currently disabled. Please contact our support." what to do ?

    Hi,

    Please contact our support team using the "Submit a request" link at http://support.cloudinary.com/ and include your account details, and we can check the details for you and let you know how to proceed.

    If the account was disabled due to a failed payment or because it needs to be upgraded you should have received an email about that with a payment link included.
