    Clearing the backup is currently done by Cloudinary only. Please open a support ticket with relevant information and we'll help accordingly.

    Really? Is still the case? New to Cloudinary and trying to delete the automatic backups I originally enabled (have since disabled) and can find no way to delete them. This seems like a basic feature....

    Hi,

    Yes, the deletion of backups must be performed from our side. We may add an option for this in the future, but it isn't currently possible via self-service.

    You can submit a request via our support centre and we'll help with your request right away. Because removing backups is a potentially irreversible destructive action, it requires verification.
