can't logout of Facebook

After logging in with my custom app id, when I click logout I get this error:

Refused to display 'https://www.facebook.com/home.php' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'deny'.

To fix it I had to change the 'Site URL' in my facebook login settings to: https://widget.cloudinary.com

Is there a way I can use this widget without having to do this? I think it is because you are rendering it in an iFrame.

Also, can you publish the widget on npm, I prefer not to load it via the <script> tag. Thanks
