Speed Cloudinary vs my Hosting help

I only uploaded the images to cloudinary and the link is displayed correctly and the images did not differ in speed,

After that, I've seen 50% of my hosting and 50% of cloudinary coming and again no difference ?!

If there is not a difference, the pictures are optimally optimized with Photoshop 2019CC

  Could you please provide me with a link to the image in question hosted on Cloudinary as well as a link to the one hosted on your servers? I'll then be able to look into this further for you.
