File Upload Widget localization issue

When the translation for certain text is longer than the English text, the UI doesn't adjust well to fit the text.

 

Here is the "browse" button with some Dutch text. I'd have hoped the button would adjust to fit the text while keeping a small margin between the text and the edges of the button.
