"Cloudinary cloud name" not showing for my account (attached)

Dears,

We can't change "cloudinary cloud name" in the settings because the field doesn't show for my account (the image below)

 

please advise.

  Hi Mustafa,

   

  Changing the value of the "Company or site name" on the settings page changes the name of the account and not the cloud name.

  Changing the name of the image can be down on our side and we would be happy to do it.

   

  I've sent you further instructions on how to proceed with your request on the request you opened with us.
