Sign in problems
I've never had this problem before. Lately, whenever I try to sign into Cloudinary I get a password error message. Each time I want to log in I have to select Forgot Password and enter my account via the reset email. The very next time I try to use Cloudinary with the new password I go through the same thing. The only way I can get into my account is through the reset email.
I manage several accounts for clients and it is very frustrating. I'm getting ready to give up on this amazing platform.

May I please ask you for more information on this, specifically:
- Any rough estimate as to when you noticed this starting?
- Are you seeing the same behaviour via a different browser, or when trying to login via a private/incognito window? Could please you try this so that we can rule this case out?
- Could there be any add-ons or extensions (password manager or others) that may be modifying the value of the username or password before it's being submitted
Any other information or behaviour you've noticed would be helpful in order to narrow this down and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply. I found that I was able to login successfully incognito and in other browsers. After some trial and error it turns out the culprit was a Chrome extension named: Private Internet Access
