Cloudinary default image not working - not sure why

I'm calling the Cloudinary images from an HTML file in a Django template

Here's my URL:

"https://res.cloudinary.com/.../images/d_{{ system }}.png/{{ id }}.png"

I've tried each URL for the image separately and they work. However, when I try to put the two images together with one being the default it fails. What's wrong?
