Can I transform images from s3 urls?

Let's say I have s3 links to my files and I want to transform them and serve them via Cloudinary, what are the steps I need to do (I want to serve them from my server - node.js)?

  The s3 bucket needs to be whitelisted first. You can check this article for more information:
