500 error on wordpress front end when install plugin

Has anybody experienced this?

Front end = 500 header error

back end  = fine

Site must have been down for a while before i even noticed.

Was waiting for image sync and only noticed when it seemed to get stuck at 99 images.

Also noticed this in error log PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function Cloudinary\\Media\\has_block() in /var/www/vhosts/xxxxxxxx/httpdocs/app/plugins/cloudinary-image-management-and-manipulation-in-the-cloud-cdn/php/media/class-gallery.php:485
