c_limit and width 400 error gif ->mp4 conversion

when applying transformations with c_limit to a gif below 500w and a w_500 such as 

https://res.cloudinary.com/voicecom/image/upload/c_limit,w_500/prod_cas/EDE3911FB9E08ED1B5CC3B5ED9AEBA92CB1372B3122CFBE25BCC75D6FEB6663F.mp4

a 400 error is returned. This happens for converting the gif to jpeg, and mp4. If the transformations are removed then it is converted to the new filetype fine.

  Could you please share a URL that returns an error? I tried the one you shared but that one works for me.

  In general, when Cloudinary returns an error, you can see more information about the error by inspecting the response header called - x-cld-error - that is sent back for a request that returns an error. That header will contain a short description of the error which can provide you with more details as to why it is returned and what the cause is.
