webhook signature is not matching on certain videos

I am uploading videos using the signed upload flow. On webhook notifications and with certain videos, the header signature that is sent doesn't match what I receive when calculating the SHA1 signature using the request body following these directions - https://cloudinary.com/documentation/advanced_url_delivery_options

 

with other videos this isn't a problem and the signatures match. In all cases i'm using the same code/workflow for upload

  Hi Steve,

  Could you please create a ticket thru https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and send us the details of the request body and the signature generated so we could check on it?
