cloudinary preset + thunkable

Hello and thanks by adavance. I'm testing cloudinary that i discovered with Thunkable. I don't understand hat at are the steps to modify automaticaly an uploaded image ang get back the modifyed media's url. Currently i upload an image using the cloudinary's api for thunkable. Once i get back the media url, i modify it to include the parameters i need.
