Has anyone come across this when trying to use the jquery sdk and php to work out the signature?

  As there are different possibilities of encountering an Unknown API Key, can you please open a support ticket here (https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) with the code and all the params you passed so we will be able to check further?
