Compressed .mp4 file is getting rejected while uploading from mobile app.
Hi,
we used you node.js sdk to upload image,video, and audio from our server. Now our android team is integrating that api with the app, now when they are trying to upload a compressed .mp4 file it is getting rejected and the following error is shown:
0|index | {
0|index | message: 'Unsupported video format or file',
0|index | name: 'Error',
0|index | http_code: 400
0|index | }
0|index | {
0|index | message: 'Unsupported video format or file',
0|index | name: 'Error',
0|index | http_code: 400
0|index | }
but the same file is getting uploaded when it is not compressed.
can you help us as to why this is happening and how to solve it.

Hi @Atanu Paul,
In order to investigate this further, we will need some additional details. May I please ask you to create a ticket with us via - https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new - and attach the original video (that uploads successfully) and the compressed video file (that fails) when you're trying to upload? We can then look into that for you in more detail and provide you with the reason for the error.

Hi @Aleksandar Kostadinov
I am already in contact with Stephen Doyle from cloudinary support team, and since today and tomorrow is weekend here in India, I can only share what you are asking for on Monday, as our office is closed.0 -
Hi @Atanu Paul,
No problem at all. Since you already have created a ticket please continue the existing thread so that all details are in a single place. My colleague Stephen or another member of our support team would be able to assist with looking into that for you.
