Fetching thumbnails of vimeo videos

Hello,

Is the feature "Fetching thumbnails of public videos" still working for Vimeo ?

It does work with the demo account : https://res.cloudinary.com/demo/image/vimeo/507145100.jpg

But when I try with my own by changing "demo" with my own cloud name, it does not work. Instead I got a thumbnail with vertical colored stripes.

But this does work for youtube, using the exact same method (replace "demo" with my own clould name).

 

Edit: it does not seem to work anymore with the demo account either

  Hi Alex,

  I am able to see the image of a necklace/ gems on both the demo account as well as your account. It could have been a caching issue

  If the error still persists would you mind sharing the HAR file and opening a ticket on support.cloudinary.com?
