    Hi,

    I saw that you had created a ticket with us directly about this where I responded earlier, but I'll also include a response below for reference in case another user comes across this thread.

    By default, Cloudinary uses res.cloudinary.com for delivery and on this domain, we support TLS 1.0/1.1 for compatibility purposes. Changes to this domain are not possible as they will affect other customers too.

    Having said that, we do support using your own custom domain (CNAME) for delivery instead of using res.coudinary.com. In such cases, we can set up your CNAME on a certificate that does not support TLS 1.0/1.1.

    A custom CNAME is something we can configure for accounts starting at our Advanced plans and we support SSL/HTTPS via an addon for those custom CNAMEs too.
