    On our free accounts, delivery of PDF and archives is disabled by default, and there's a note about this here: https://cloudinary.com/documentation/image_delivery_options#blocked_delivery_formats_for_security

    If you'd like to enable PDF and archive delivery, please contact our support team directly with details about what your files will contain and where they'll be uploaded from - there's a link to create a ticket in the link above, or on the top of our support site
