How to change the product from a Media optimizer to another after signing up?

There is 3 product while signing up for a new free account of Cloudinary.

  1. Programmable Media for image and video API
  2. Media Optimizer for performance and delivery (Early Access)
  3. Dynamic Asset Management for creation and collaboration

When I tried to signup my account

I selected the product named "Media Optimizer for performance and delivery (Early Access)"

After signup, the dashboard was totally different which I was not familiar with. The snapshot can be seen below.

So I want to change the product:

From:

  • Media Optimizer for performance and delivery (Early Access)

To:

  • Programmable Media for image and video API

 

And the dashboard should look like this where I can upload images and videos to Media Library.

    Hi Taniya

    It's not possible to change the product for an account after it's been created (e.g. to switch a Programmable Media account to use Media Optimizer features or vice-versa)

    If you'd like to use a different product, you can sign up again for another free account using a different email address.

    If you don't have another email address to use and don't want to keep the current account active, please cancel the account from the settings page and let us know by creating a ticket using - https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    Cancelling an account doesn't 'release' the existing email address because an account can be re-enabled later, but we can manually edit the email address for the cancelled account from our side, and that will let you sign up again using the same address.
