Account details not showing on dashboard
I have a free account. I need the API environment variable, which is supposed to be at the dashboard under Account Details.
However, when I go to my dashboard i get Plan current usage, Usage Overview, Error summary, Make an impact, Spread the word, etc
But I can't find anything about Account Details / API environment variable

Hi Lilliana,
If you've signed up recently and are seeing the new developer dashboard, you can find the API credentials in the 'getting started' icon on the toolbar, or in the security tab of the app settings
May I ask you to try that and see if you can get the details there?
Thanks,
Stephen

Yes, I signed up yesterday.
I've found the API Key and API Secret under the Security Tab and My Cloud Name under the Account Tab within Settings, and then I followed the example from https://cloudinary.com/documentation/how_to_integrate_cloudinary, copying and pasting the different parts to get my CLOUDINARY_URL.
If I may give my opinion... There should be a button under Settings - Security Tab or something to generate the CLOUDINARY_URL automatically. Having to copy and paste different fields manually in order to get the CLOUDINARY_URL is not very friendly (just my humble opinion). Besides, many places on the help section still say you can find your API Environment variable under the Dashboard.
Thanks for your help!

Hi Lily,
Thanks for the update and your feedback
The new version of the dashboard was released a few days ago and is still being finalised - There are now SDK-specific setup guides in the new "getting started" option (on the top toolbar, where the icon looks like a lightbulb) but we've also received other feedback about keeping the URL so it can be copy/pasted the same way the that old dashboard showed it
We've shared that with the team working on the dashboard and we should be making some updates soon to address it
Thanks,
Stephen
