Cannot find the Connection string in Account Dashboard
I signed up for a Free Account today, and Installed the WordPress Plugin. The Plugin is asking for the Connection string, but I cannot see the API Environment Variable anywhere in My Account as shown in the Support Docs (https://cloudinary.com/documentation/wordpress_integration).
I found the manual way to enter the Connection string, which I entered as cloudinary://API_KEY:API_SECRET@CLOUDNAME, but this also didn't work. It gave an error- "Cloud <cloud_name> Belongs To Ap Geo, Please Access Via Api-ap.cloudinary.com"

Hi Sarthak,
We need to check the settings of your free account and we require some information in doing this. Can you please help to open a support ticket here (https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) so we can process your request?
Thanks.

I have the exact same problem. Very confusing and not user friendly. I created free account, uploaded wordpress plugin. I can't locate connection API in the cloudinary dashboard to even use the plugin.

Hi Sophia,
Usually, this is because you chose the wrong product when signing up. As mentioned in the quickstart note of the WordPress documentation here, the WordPress plugin only works with a Programmable Media account.
Please open a ticket to support@cloudinary.com and we will be able to help.
Thanks,
Loic
