Greetings,

I am developing a desktop application with .net 4.0. Does cloudinarydotnet support .net 4.0?

Hi,

Yes, .NET 4.0 should indeed work with the Cloudinary .NET SDK. Please following the instructions from the documentation (https://cloudinary.com/documentation/dotnet_integration#installation) to install it and let us know if that works for you
