Lost My Folder

Hello Cloudinary Team,

Accidentally i had lost a folder in my Cloudinary account and forgot to enable backup.

Please let me know if there is any chance to recover my lost folder it contains 500+ images.

Help me asap.

  Here I am sharing all the details of Cloudinary account for missing folder.

  Account Name: Peter Parker (dn8drmky9)

  Missing Folder Name: Airlinesbuddy

  Please help me to recover my data asap.

  Hi Peter,

  Thanks for sharing the details. I have found the relevant deletions on our side and have recovered the 792 files. I have also purged any cached 404s for the images during the time they were deleted so you should now see the images in your Media Library and also be able to retrieve them via their delivery URLs. Let me know how things look now?
