    Hi Jim,

    When signing up for a Cloudinary product, your email address can only be used for a single product and it is not possible to change the product for an account after it has been created. 

    If you'd like to use a different product, you can sign up again for another free account using a different email address.

    If you don't have another email address to use and don't want to keep the current account active, please cancel the account from the settings page and then open a support ticket here (https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) so we could continue processing the request on our side.
