    Hi,

    I see that you created a direct ticket with us where one of my colleagues provided an answer, but I'll also share the gist of it here too in case another user runs into this question.

    The reason for the error is that the account you had was for the Media Optimizer product and not Programmable Media. The 3rd party module Cloudder relies on the account being registered for the Programmable Media product as it uses those APIs and as you had a Media Optimizer account instead, that means you have access to a different set of APIs. The solution would be to create another Free account and choose the Programmable Media product on the registration page and then you should be able to connect.
