Error, when i tried to upload

is there a solution to this?

    Hi there,

    Probably, your account is hosted in our APAC datacentre, you also must use a special APAC-specific endpoint to access the account via the API. 
    In your Cloudinary config, you can set "upload_prefix" to "api-ap.cloudinary.com".
