Metrics on files that are not used

Hi!
I have millions of media in my account. 
I'm wondering for the sake of saving on storage, I'm exploring the idea of potentially deleting items that haven't been accessed in 6-12+ months.

First, is there a way to generate such a report with a last accessed timestamp?
Is removing stale/old content something you would recommend doing?
