MP4 Video playing audio only on Windows

When I access the file through the link provided by Cloudinary on PC, some videos will only play the audio of the video. If I download the file I can then see the video.

On Mac, I can go to the same exact link and see the video with audio just fine.

What causes Cloudinary to return audio only when attempting to access an Mp4 file?

Other Information, I am using cloudinary's upload widget to upload videos. Most videos have worked so far but recently this mp4 only issue has been occurring on some videos.

    Hi Joe,

    Can you provide an example of what you're referring to here, please? 

    To give a general answer, assuming that the video and audio codecs you requested (or the codecs of the original video if you're not using transformations to change the video) are supported by the player, there should be no issues showing the file.

    The most likely reason you'd be able to play audio but not video is if the codec of the file is not supported by the player, which you can check in the file's metadata
