Fetch Admin API Folders sorted by FOLDER Creation Date

Is there a way to get all folders, and have them sorted by creation date?

Currently I can grab all the folders:

https://api.cloudinary.com/v1_1/${CLOUDINARY_CLOUD_NAME}/folders/gallery

But the response only contains name and path. There is no Creation date for the folders, so I cant sort them after I get the response.

So I figured there might be some options I can pass on the API call to sort the results?

Something like "sort_by" "creation_date".

Please advise the best way to approach this.
