    Hello Ras,

I tried to download your video and tweeted it, but got the error "your video is not compatible".

It seems like the software you are using to render your video has some incompatibility with Twitter.

To get a version of the video encoded by Cloudinary using my account to test, you can use this URL:

    https://res.cloudinary.com/jcloudinary/video/upload/ar_1:1/cloudinary/zogc7n0iaprgge2qnwt5.mp4

Take note I added transformation `ar_1:1` to deliver a Cloudinary encoded video using the current aspect ratio of your video. Afterward, you can download the video from the URL, then finally upload it to Twitter.

    Best Regards,
    John
