Upload Widget Not Working

I have used the same upload widget for quite some time..

 

Now, none of my uploads widget work.. The widget opens but the upload comes back as fail. This is urgent.

  In order for us to be able to investigate the issue, can you please help to open a support ticket here (https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new)? Also, kindly help to provide us with your cloud_name and the filename you are trying to upload.
