Cloudinary images not loading on my website

I keep getting this above error and nothing seems to fix :(

  In order for us to assist you with this issue, can you please open a support ticket at https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new? Also, please provide us with your cloud_name and the SDK and code you are using.
