Cloudinary Media Library Widget Stuck on Log In Screen

On Chrome I am running into the problem that when I open the Media Library widget, even though I am already logged into my Cloudinary account, I am presented with the "Sign in to Cloudinary" window. Clicking on the Sign In button results in a short flicker of a successful sign-in, but I am stuck on the login screen. It never opens the media library. 

This issue persists even after clearing all cookies and data.

Anybody have a workaround or solution for this?

  Thank you for reaching out. 

  Can you confirm the username for the Media Library Widget is the same as the one you use for your DAM session?

  Also, could you send us any console error logs?
