Image cannot be displayed since it contains error

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue in displaying the uploaded images.

We had a Cloudinary account that we stopped using temporarily. The account was suspended due to unpaid bills. We have just reactivated the account but we no longer have access to the media it contained. Has the media been deleted?

We see in the media list the names of all the media you had registered but when we click on the link to display a media, we get the error message "xxx".

Please tell us what to do to recover our old media if it is possible.

    Thanks for getting in touch. I see you also raised a support ticket with us, which my colleague Loic replied to.

    As your account was disabled in May 2021, the contents of the account were removed by a cleanup operation after several months. Unfortunately, we can't restore those assets as too much time has passed, but we can remove references to the old assets from the Media Library if required to avoid confusion.

    Please let us know if you'd like us to proceed with that.
