Using commas and slahes in text overlay

    To use special characters like commas and slashes, you need to double-escape them. Click here to see how documentation is on it. 

    Here is an example as well:

    Hi Thomas,

    we found the issue. We encoded the url again before downloading the actual image. That messed up the url.
