"xxx.png?_i=aa" Not recognised as .png by another WordPress plugin

Another WordPress plugin/service needs to use images and only accepts .jpg or .png. I get an error that my image wasn't a ,png although it is.

I assume the paremeter ?_i=aa may be the issue.

Can you help me solve this?

Hey there Andreas,

As there are a plethora of 3rd party plugins and themes/plugins out there, there may be some cases where other themes/plugins collide with our plugin's functionality.
After looking into your logs I see that the URL being used doesn't look like it has the file format at the end which may be what the other plugin is looking for.

I would ask that start a private support ticket and share more information there.
